STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

By purchasing a license for Nullcore Client, you explicitly acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital, intangible good. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

1. Digital Goods Exception

Nullcore Client provides irrevocable non-tangible software goods. As the license key is revealed to you immediately upon purchase, the product is considered "consumed." We cannot revoke your knowledge of the key once it has been delivered. Therefore, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent.

2. Incompatibility & Technical Issues

It is the customer's responsibility to understand the system requirements before purchasing.

However, if the software is completely non-functional on your machine due to an error in our code, and our Support Team (Flaffy/Plashir) confirms via TeamViewer that they cannot fix it, we may issue a store credit at our sole discretion. This is not a guarantee.

3. Account Bans & Suspensions

Nullcore is a cheat software. While we strive for "Undetected" status, using external assistance in War Robots violates the game's Terms of Service.

We are not liable for any bans, suspensions, or account losses. If your game account is banned while using Nullcore, you are not entitled to a refund for the software. You assume all risks associated with cheating.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute via PayPal, Stripe, or your bank will result in an immediate, permanent ban from Nullcore and all affiliated PlashirWare services. Your HWID will be blacklisted, and your license key will be terminated immediately. We will submit this policy and your access logs as evidence to the payment processor.
